Develop and implement plans and strategies to promote Trinity as an employer of choice. Recruit all levels of positions to build a community of learning and add value to the employee and student experience at Trinity University. Support hiring managers and search committees through a full-cycle recruiting model that optimizes the candidate experience through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Provide ongoing Workday Recruiting support and guidance to hiring managers and interview committees navigating the recruiting process.JOB DUTIES

Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, assists hiring managers through the recruitment process, sources candidates as needed, screens candidates, and follows up with hiring managers throughout the process.Guides hiring managers and interview committees throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.Drives an internal and external candidate sourcing strategy focused on the university's vision and strategy. Develops robust talent pipelines to support executive and hard-to-fill positions, as needed.Identifies recruitment strategies, organizes and attends job fairs and recruitment events. Serves as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.Uses social media to source and attract candidates.Generates offer letters and background checks for selected candidates and keeps hiring managers abreast of the progress.Supports new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.Coordinates with hiring managers throughout the onboarding experience.Provides hands-on training and assistance to hiring managers and interview committees regarding the steps to follow in Workday. Ensures all recruitments are completed appropriately in Workday.Works closely with other human resources staff to support policies and practices of benefits and compensation.Identifies needs and develops and presents various workshops to assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment and hiring process.Documents and maintains process documentation including process flows, project plans, training materials, job descriptions, templates, etc.Identifies areas of process improvement, and efficiencies, generates new, innovative ideas to address recruiting challenges and process improvements.Provides timely reports on recruitment status and updates. Tracks recruiting sources and makes recommendations based on recruitment outcomes.EDUCATION

Required:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in human resources or organizational development.EXPERIENCE

Required:Three years of recruiting experience.Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Preferred:Experience using Workday Recruiting.Experience in executive recruitment strategies for an organization.Experience recruiting in an academic or similarly mission-driven environment.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
