Position CompetenciesSuccessful incumbents are customer-focused, have strong decision quality, drive for results, are good listeners and creative thinkers, negotiate well, take command of the situation, build strong peer relationships, and manage with courage.Position Responsibilities:Increase the Bank's profitability by cultivating new business relationships.Maintain and develop customer relationships, new business, and periodic review of existing loan arrangements.Negotiate proper loan structures, selling the Bank's credit and non-credit products.Accept special projects in support of the team and community involvement.Maintain knowledge of corporate banking, credit and non-credit products, trust, real estate, treasury management, and other bank functions.Maintain knowledge of accounting and financial principles, marketing and sales principles, credit analysis, economics, and other bank functions.

TravelTravel is required of this position at least 10% of the time.Position QualificationsFirst Level Officer, Relationship Manager I, EntertainmentBachelor's Degree from an accredited universityCompletion of a Commercial Credit Training Program12-18 months of experience underwriting commercial loans2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Assistant Vice President, Relationship Manager II, EntertainmentBachelor's Degree from an accredited universityCompletion of a Commercial Credit Training Program3 years of commercial lending experience2 years managing a portfolio of clients2 years financial sales experience

For candidates hired in the state of California, Colorado, Washington, New York the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently:California - $92,000- $161,000 AnnuallySalary Range(s) is subject to change. Comerica Bank takes several factors into account when determining individual starting pay. These include but are not limited to position, grade level, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. Comerica Bank considers the employer's work location to determine the pay range.
