Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and filing of individual, partnership, trust, estate, and corporate tax returns
Perform bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate financial records
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Stay current with changes in tax laws and accounting standards
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA or working towards CPA certification is preferred
1-5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a CPA firm environment
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
