Maintaining all work orders, purchase orders, other paperwork and electronic files orderly and accuratelyResponsibility for daily routing and dispatching all work orders for same day service, leaks, and emergency callsEntering and maintaining spreadsheet for all leak orders and hit lines on mains and servicesEntry of office related purchase orders for Doc-LinkAssisting all operations personnel with ECIS data as needed, as to provide the field personnel with the needed information to trouble shoot possible billing and or reception issuesCreating work orders as needed; servicing installations, meter orders and service ordersWorking closely with Operation Administrative Supervisor on the distribution and tracking of all Consumer related work ordersWorking in conjunction with the Customer Care Department to properly document all activities at a consumer site. Ensuring all work orders are completed correctly & scanning to Back Office and appropriate filesResponding readily to customers’ requests and issuing all work orders timely with details of work to be done and the requested time frameSorting and distributing all incoming/outgoing mailPerforming all other duties as assigned by Operations Administrative SupervisorDaily filing of all mentioned service ordersManaging Meter Upgrade requestsRegular tracking and tabulation of all service orders, purchase orders and receiptsAssisting with dispatch operations as needed with Emergencies and Daily workloadWho you are:

You have a high school diploma or equivalentYou have one to three years of related experienceYou have a valid Florida Driver’s LicenseYou possess excellent internal and external communication skillsYou have excellent clerical, writing and math skillsYou have knowledge of basic inventory maintenance proceduresYou have a working knowledge of spreadsheets, MS Office products, ECIS and FPU databases
