Key Responsibilities:
Channel Management & Optimization:
Lead the charge in managing and optimizing our performance and brand marketing channels, with a sharp focus on driving growth while maintaining cost-efficiency.Performance Monitoring:
Keep a close eye on performance metrics and manage budget tracking to ensure every dollar is allocated effectively.Growth & Experimentation:
Drive customer acquisition by experimenting with new strategies. You'll prioritize speed and agility in testing, always striving for rapid, data-driven results.Global Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with our International Marketing team to tailor our strategies to local market needs and business objectives.Agency Engagement:
Collaborate with external agencies and publishers, steering our marketing efforts toward measurable success.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
2-4 years in a B2C growth or performance marketing role, ideally in a startup or a dynamic business setting.Channel Expertise:
Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Google Ads, Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), or Native (Taboola, Outbrain).Metrics Mastery:
Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs such as CPC, CVR, CAC, and more.Analytical Skills:
Proficiency in GA4 for performance analysis and Excel, with advanced knowledge of basic formulas.CRM Knowledge:
Familiarity with HubSpot and other CRM tools.Mindset:
A proactive, adaptable approach with an 80/20 mindset—balancing speed with precision and always pushing for continuous improvement.
