Associate Director of Operations for Inland Empire

performs various duties, including serving as a subject matter expert on the daily operational needs for all sites that fall within the Inland Empire region.The salary range for this position is

$80,000.00 - $85,000.00

per annum, depending on experience.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the direction and management of the daily operations of the Recuperative Care Program including case management and behavioral health.Work closely with the site managers and all staff at these locations in evaluating the current organization of services and establishing appropriate standards of care. The position is responsible for overall day-to-day operations, management of personnel, and for directly supervising the managers of all those sites.Work closely with the finance department to budget and monitor programmatic operations to ensure sound fiscal and system management.Coordinate and analyze the appropriate data to inform the programmatic and operational decision-making process.Determine staffing plans to achieve program goals and objectives and participate in hiring decisions for new program staff.Create and support a high performing culture in the program department aligned with IF’s core values.Oversee Running of the Boards program & Self-Inspections.Develop Monthly Update Reports.Participate in Leadership meetings and Safety Meetings.Perform other duties assigned by supervisor as needed.ExpectationsMonitor emerging needs among key stakeholders such as CalAIM, IEHP, IE Molina, IE STPH, hospital partners to achieve program goals and objectives.Maintain a minimum census of 85-90% (may fluctuate according to operational needs).Implement staffing changes on a regular basis when census dips below 90%.Analyze and assess programs based on data collected and implement corrective measures, if required.Provide direct oversight of all IE day-to-day operations, programming, and services provided through the Recuperative Care program.Coordinate in support of site managers: Security, Substance Use programs, Transportation, Culinary, and Housing Navigation.Ensure adherence to funding source contracts and performance standards and lead all IE public and private grants.Manage the staff scheduling process, ensuring schedules and timecards are properly booked to maintain efficient productivity.Manage the training and development component that all staff are qualified, and skills are updated.Provide individual and team supervision, support, training, and performance evaluations for assigned staff.Oversee and ensure that all documentation, reporting, and data are maintained and kept up to date.Ensure confidentiality and effective management of information while maintaining compliance with Federal and state privacy laws and regulations.Ensure staff follows all Policies and Procedures as outlined in the Recuperative Care policies and regulations evaluation, updates regarding the program, as requested.Ability to handle complex crisis situations involving dual diagnosed and medically compromised patients/clients.Preferred Experience/Minimum QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s Degree.5-10 years relevant experience.Basic computer skills, including the ability to send and receive emails and summarize data in spreadsheets.Valid CA Driver’s License and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.Preferred:Bilingual in English and Spanish.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).BenefitsMedical Insurance funded up to 91% by Illumination Foundation (Kaiser and Blue Shield), depending on the plan.Dental and Vision Insurance.Life, AD&D and LTD Insurance funded 100% by Illumination Foundation.Employee Assistance Program.Professional Development Reimbursement.401K with Company Matching.15 days' vacation PTO/year.6 days sick PTO/year.10 days holiday PTO/year.Potential eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSFL) for federally qualified loans.
