The role requires the ability to manage discovery, including taking and defending witnesses for depositions, as well as conducting legal research, analysis, and writing. The candidate must be adaptable, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines while fostering teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills.Duties:
Draft pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents.Manage discovery processes, including taking and defending witnesses for depositions.Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing.Learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position evolves.Work well independently and effectively within a team.Develop relationships and foster teamwork at all levels of the Firm.Maintain composure and demonstrate good judgment in challenging situations.Requirements:
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.Excellent academic credentials.Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience.Ability to learn and embrace new skills and best practices.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Ability to work well independently and within a team.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse group.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and discretion.Confidence to identify and analyze issues, make decisions, and initiate actions/solutions.Agility to respond to unexpected challenges and proactively develop innovative solutions.Education:
