The Director, North America HRBP has

direct responsibility managing a team of HRBPs across the U.S. and Canada. This role involves partnering with senior leadership and human resources centers of excellence ensuring the implementation of effective HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture and support the organization's growth.Essential Job FunctionsStrategic HR Leadership:

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters.

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all HR-related matters.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective conflict resolution and employee relations practices.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Talent Management:

Partner with talent acquisition to develop recruitment and retention strategies.Implement performance management systems and ensure consistent application across the organization.Champion DEI initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Change Management:

Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts.Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Manage and develop a team of HR business partners.Provide coaching and mentorship to HR staff, ensuring professional growth and high performance.Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive informed decision-making.Report on HR metrics to senior leadership and recommend improvements based on data analysis.

Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.HRBP experience in Canada and U.S.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in North America.Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.Experience with HRIS and other HR technology solutions.Certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.Competencies – Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.1280 Kemper Meadow Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45240, USA
