Oracle HCM Consultant

Oracle HCM Consultant needs 6+ years of experience as a technical consultant in Oracle HCM

Oracle HCM Consultant requires:

• Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical aspects

• Strong experience in integration and HCM Extracts

• Knowledge of EBS HRMS is a plus

• Proficient in outbound integrations, BI Reports, and HDL

• Capable of requirement gathering and mapping with the Cloud product

• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects as a technical/techno-functional resource

• Strong SQL skills with a deep understanding of HCM tables

• Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, and Rest API

• Expertise in RTF, Excel, and E-Text templates

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in creating technical design documentation, SIT/UAT test scripts, and supporting user acceptance testing and post-Go-Live activities
