ResponsibilitiesThe Safety Manager in the
Boston, MA region
supports specific client needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety.
Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance
Conduct daily safety meetings
Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
Daily safety audits and inspections
Oversee all subcontractors and contractors
Oversee Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years direct construction safety experience with knowledge of safety standards required
Experience in pharmaceutical construction preferred
Degree in a safety related field preferred
OSHA 30-hr in Construction
OSHA 510/500 a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
