Job Description

The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the food service operation such as inventory, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.Job Responsibilities

Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a food service team and supervises the completion of tasksTrains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directionsProperly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and proceduresSets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes work stationsServes food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers’ needsReplenishes food items and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levelsMaintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitationEnsures security of company assetsQualifications

Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferredPrevious food service experience requiredMust be able to acquire food safety certificationMust be able to work independently with limited supervisionDemonstrates excellent customer service skillsThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
