Make Ready Tech - Hanover Evans Station

Hanover Company is looking for a Make Ready Technician for Hanover Evans Station, a luxury mid-rise apartment community in south Denver (zip code 80223). The community consists of 278 well-designed apartment homes which include spacious layouts with modern amenities and designer fixtures and features. The community-shared spaces include a resort-style pool, theater room, and an all-inclusive fitness center.The Make Ready Tech is responsible for performing quality maintenance in a timely manner and satisfying all reasonable make-ready requests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Paint and/or patchwork sheetrock in apartments and offices.Paint building exteriors and fencing when needed.Assist in basic make-readies.Re-stripe parking lots, curbs, tennis courts, and other common areas when directed.Follow all safety programs implemented by Hanover and according to policy.Walk the property and report any liability problems immediately.Perform any and all duties called upon by supervisors to ensure that property operates in an efficient and economic manner.Carry company issued mobile device when “on call” periodically.Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
