The Brand Activation Manager (Territory) (“Role”) is a full-time employee and key member of the Marketing Department who reports directly to the Director of Brand Activations. This Role is primarily responsible for putting cans in the hands of current and prospective consumers within the Territory (whether at retail, special events, sampling opportunities, or distributor driven activities) in a way that aligns with applicable Marketing and Sales initiatives and goals.Responsibilities

Know Your Business

Train and educate yourself regarding Best Day Brewing’s product portfolio and related merchandise and marketing materials and programs.Be and stay informed of the Marketing Department’s annual business plan, including within the Territory.Be and stay informed of the Sales Department’s annual business plans within the Territory.Maintain regular contact with marketing and sales colleagues for updates on marketing and sales activities.Educate yourself on existing and potential Best Day Brewing events and partners located within the Territory.Have a clear understanding of the target consumer scenes and the opportunities that exist locally and regionally within that territory.Stay informed about industry trends nationally, competitor landscape and activities within the Territory, and market dynamics & customer preferences within the Territory that may impact the business.Provide monthly standardized marketing reports and presentations for the Territory to the Director of Brand Activations regarding the Territory’s marketing performance against the Marketing Department’s annual business plan.Know Key Accounts within Territory.Know the rate of sale for BEST DAY BREWING products within your Territory.Own Your Business

Develop and execute a marketing plan that delivers marketing targets set forth in the Marketing Department’s annual business plan.Regularly monitor marketing performance within the Territory, analyze data and identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions, and report the same to the Director of Brand Activations.Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing partners located or hosting events within the Territory.Sample BEST DAY BREWING products in quantities set forth in the Marketing Department’s annual business plan and track via standardized report.Deliver sample BEST DAY BREWING products to strategic brand and property partners located within the Territory.Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure adequate inventory levels for marketing events.Collaborate with the Sales Team to assist as needed in key markets.Available to support Best Day Brewing if and as reasonably necessary outside the Territory.Grow Your Business

Identify and prospect marketing opportunities at potential & existing customer events.Utilize relationships to strengthen and grow the BEST DAY BREWING brand.Regularly connect with existing marketing partners to foster long-term relationships and expand awareness of the BEST DAY BREWING brand.Identify scenes within the Territory that target consumers frequent or attend.Communicate to the Sales team regarding sales opportunities discovered during field execution.Execute marketing programming within the Territory tailored to drive the rate of sale of BEST DAY BREWING products.Be An Ideal Team Player
