#BELIMITLESSWhat is in it for you:Discounted Hotel Rooms and Food & Beverage rates to employees at our sister properties around the globe.We provide learning programs through our Academies to promote growth and development so that you can perform at your full potential.Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Planet 21 and WATCH.Job DescriptionThe Club Membership Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting new members into the club, retaining the existing membership base, and sourcing referrals and leads and transitioning the leads into membership sales.Reporting to the Director, Membership, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.Sell club memberships, upgrades, conversions, and membership changes.Recruit prospects, conduct sales presentations and tours.Develop new sales prospects by contacting individuals, groups, and companies in the community.Attend special events and activities to provide sales information and tours.Sell locker and other club & hotel amenities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership sales tracking and reports.Meet and/or exceed monthly membership sales and initiation fee goals.Orient new members into the club by introducing them to key staff and members and scheduling their introductory appointments.Develop professional relationships for the purpose of sales lead generation.Communicate timely and follow up, as appropriate.Active participation in required events, required programs, required meetings, and required trainings.Effectively and professionally interact and communicate with senior management, managers, other employees, prospective members, and members.Promote harmonious relations among members, staff, vendors, and the community at-large.Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.Promote the company's safety goals and actively work towards ensuring a safe working environment.Interpret and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Actively further company objectives and continuously support improvement and positive change, which includes participating on corporate designated committees to improve the company and business operations.Flexibility in work schedule, as job may require day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree and/or previous leadership experience preferred.Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales preferred.University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Highly responsible & reliable.Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.Additional InformationVisa:
