Join us, where we'll make a greater impact together.What You'll do:Develop high quality demos and proof of concepts with Appian and tangential technologiesPresent Appian and Groundswell solution capabilities to a wide variety of business and technical audiences to illustrate the value of the solutionLead discovery sessions with prospective clients to gather requirements and gain insight into their business processesReview requests for information/proposals to determine alignment with AppianGuide prospective clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical successAssist with writing functional and technical elements of proposalsEnsure solution designs are designed for scale and performanceBe able to discuss implementation best practices and techniques in depthSupport internal solutions, infrastructure, and toolsMentorship, training, and enablement of resourcesWho We are Looking For:Groundswell is looking for experienced Appian Solutions Consultant to provide integrated development and demo support for our sales efforts and act as a trusted advisor to our clients, prospective clients and growth team. Appian Solutions Consultants help scale our business by providing expert guidance on Appian capabilities and designing and integrating cutting-edge Appian solutions into our client's architecture.Required Qualifications:2+ years of experience with Appian solutions4+ years of related IT experienceBachelor's Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related areaActive Appian Senior or Lead CertificationStrong experience with building intuitive and attractive Appian user interfaces and designsExperience with demonstrating products as a sales engineer/solutions consultantStrong technical design and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, both verbally and written; active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners; analytical and strategic foresightStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a high-paced environment, multi-task (prioritize and manage), and work both independently and as a teamRDBMS (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB)Web services, Integrations and Middleware (e.g., RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion)Preferred Skills:UI/UX DesignCloud Computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Authentication (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP)Data management and data visualization/BIDevSecOps and/or Configuration ManagementMachine Learning, Artificial IntelligenceWhy You'll Never Want to Leave:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plansFlexible Spending Account4% 401K Match (immediate vesting)Paid Time OffTuition reimbursement, certification programs, and professional developmentFlexible work scheduleOn-site gym and childcare optionThe salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $114,632.00 - $161,159.00NOTE:
