A law firm in New Orleans, LA, is actively seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of complex commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess meaningful trial experience (first or second chair), superior writing and analytical capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment with meticulous attention to detail.Duties:
Handle complex commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.Prepare for and participate in trials, serving as first or second chair as needed.Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective case strategies.Maintain communication with clients and provide regular case updates.Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in case management.Exercise sound judgment in evaluating legal issues and making strategic decisions.Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of complex commercial litigation experience.Meaningful trial experience, having served as first or second chair.Superior writing and analytical capabilities.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Skills:
