Delivering Solutions and Improving Lives.NV5 is currently seeking a Director of Land & Site Development with extensive experience in providing project engineering and project management on site civil and land development capital improvement projects as well as business development and client management. This position will be based in our Wilsonville, Portland, or Vancouver office. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in all phases of project development and project management including managing engineering consultants and contractors.Responsibilities

Build client relationships and lead civil design business development efforts in the Pacific Northwest.Establish, maintain and monitor schedules, budgets and staffing for projects.Mentor and train employees.Responsible for creating and executing business plans for the group.Oversee and manage NV5 staff and consultants on civil design projects.Provide ongoing engineering review and evaluation of designs for compliance with criteria, standards and specifications on each project.Manage extensive close-out project procedures including working with contractors, purchasing, and financial analysts.Qualifications
