IP G Photonics Corporation is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst in Marlborough, MA.Responsibilities include:Identify and review potential acquisition targets and partnerships, build deal pipeline, and maintain an acquisition target list with a proprietary CRM tool.Support the full M&A life cycle process, including managing due diligence processes with the Intralink VDR platform, and support post-integration processes.Build and own DCF, LBO, WACC, financials, and synergies projection models.Conduct industry research on the aesthetics laser market, including trends, risks, and major players.Research both industrial and medical laser competitors to help the management team understand their business models, products, ownership, leadership structure, and competitiveness in the market (using tools like PitchBook, Thomson Reuters, Dun & Bradstreet, etc.).Prepare presentations for Board and M&A committee meetings.Up to 40% telecommuting allowed; up to 20% domestic and international travel required; must live within normal commuting distance of Marlborough, MA.Location(s): 377 Simarano Drive, Marlborough, Massachusetts 01752Employment Type: ExemptRequirements:Master’s degree in Finance or related field or foreign equivalent degree. 3 years of related experience.Required Skills:Develop DCF, LBO, WACC, merger valuation models to evaluate purchase price and compile, analyze, and forecast financials, and project potential revenue and cost synergies (3 years).Review acquisition targets, analyze information and potential risks to determine and recommend M&A decisions to the executive leadership team (3 years).Manage the full life cycle of an M&A transaction, i.e., lead due diligence processes with Intralinks and Datasite tools, coordinate across cross-functional teams and external advisors (1 year).Conduct public comparable company analysis, industry research on industry dynamics and competitors to determine key business drivers and investment risks with PitchBook, Thomson Reuters, and Dun & Bradstreet tools (3 years).
