The Abuse and Rape Crisis Center of Bradford County, PA, is seeking an experienced individual to lead our team as the administrator for the agency. The Executive Director is fully involved in the administration, operation, public relations, direct services, and programs of the agency. Candidates should have a knowledge of trauma and victimization, a willingness to adhere to policies and procedures, and an understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and funding sources. In addition, the candidate must be a strong leader, willing to take decisive action, while being compassionate when needed. Direct services of ARCC include, but are not limited to, advocacy and accompaniment, counseling, support groups, hotline, emergency safe housing, transportation, child care, and on-call shifts. Services are provided to victims and survivors of domestic and sexual violence and other forms of interpersonal violence. If you have experience advocating and supporting persons impacted by trauma and/or working with not-for-profit agency budgets, grant writing, policies, staff management, and coalitions, we encourage you to apply. Qualifications:

Two or more years of related experience in a human service field, college education, or previous training. Leadership and management skills. Experience with accounting systems and fiscal procedures. Experience in supervision of staff. Knowledge of and concern for victim issues. ARCC counselor/advocate training (provided by ARCC). Excellent communication skills in writing and public speaking. Ability to relate non-judgmentally with people. Required clearances.
