The Senior Product Manager - Services (LTG) is tasked with developing and implementing service products to grow Luminex's after-market services revenue within the License Technologies Group (LTG) business unit. Key responsibilities include defining service product strategies, lifecycle management, and marketing plans to drive growth worldwide. Additionally, the Sr. PM will be responsible for analyzing market conditions, competitor activities, and VOC to generate product requirements, develop business cases, and lead the marketing efforts for service offerings. The individual will work closely with LTG marketing, sales, service, and support teams to implement service offerings.Key Duties and Responsibilities

Drive the development and execution of the overall services product strategy and roadmap, utilizing customer insights and market data for decision-making, ensuring alignment with overall LTG strategy and market needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design service products and pricing strategies that deliver value to customers and new service growth from conception to on-market management.Collaborate with Marcomms to implement offerings, pricing, and sales collateral.Contribute to monitoring service portfolio performance, establishing KPIs and metrics, and providing insights to optimize performance.Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine service product strategy and marketing plans.Assist in managing the lifecycle of the broader portfolio, including launch, lifecycle management, and discontinuation.Manage field action communications and service implementation of all LTG products.Support the broader Luminex LTG marketing team on assignments or projects as required.Participate in the development and presentation of material for the LTG Leadership team and other leadership stakeholders.Education, Experience, and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in a related scientific or healthcare field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Business or Marketing degree preferred.8+ Years experience in life science research, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or related industries required.A proven track record of success in previous sales or marketing experience in a related life science research, diagnostic, medical device or pharmaceutical industry role required.Service product marketing or sales experience, preferably with understanding and knowledge of the life science, diagnostic or pharmaceutical laboratory setting with strong experience developing customer and product requirements required.8+ Years Preference for sales, sales management and business development experience required.Demonstrated marketing performance excellence with portfolio planning; lifecycle management; communication planning; market research, segmentation and analytics; new product launches and corresponding collateral materials; and product development from concept/identified need through commercialization.Good presentation skills, including delivery to Executive level teams, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills & ability.Experience working within a quality-systems environment and product development under design control.Self-starter, enthusiastic and strategic thinker with a bias for actions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building both internal and external relationships. Ability to influence and team build.Self-confident and strong work ethic.Ability to establish good, internal relationships.Demonstrated track record of success in translating a concept or new product to a successful marketing and sales campaign.Travel Requirements
