A law firm in Washington, DC, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent client management skills, superior academic credentials, and a background in transactional tax matters, including real estate funds/JVs, Private Equity, Strategic mergers and acquisitions, finance and restructuring work, and tax controversy work.Duties:
Handle transactional tax matters focusing on real estate funds/JVs, Private Equity, Strategic mergers and acquisitions, finance and restructuring work, and tax controversy work.Demonstrate proficiency in fund formation and partnership tax matters.Participate in the structuring of inbound foreign investments.Contribute expertise in REIT and real estate finance matters.Requirements:
Possess 3-6 years of relevant transactional tax experience.Previous experience in a large law firm setting is essential.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional client management and communication abilities.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Skills:
In-depth knowledge of transactional tax matters.Proficiency in real estate funds/JVs, Private Equity, and mergers and acquisitions.Strong understanding of finance and restructuring work.Excellent research and writing skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Job Location:
