STV currently has an opening for an Aviation Planner in the Construction Management group in

Chicago, IL.Aviation Planner responsibilitiesPlanning work may include, but is not limited to, inventory of existing conditions, forecasting, capacity analysis, facility requirements, alternatives development, and CIP planning for master plan projects and other planning studies.Airfield/airspace planning will be a focus of the position, but responsibilities will also include elements of landside, terminal area, cargo, and support facilities planning. System planning elements are also included in the list of possible assignments.ResponsibilitiesPerforming planning activities as part of a larger planning team.Working collaboratively with engineering teams to support design projects.Participating in and directing the production of high-quality exhibits and documents to communicate the results of the planning study elements.Leading/managing planning projects and working closely with our clients.Contributing significantly to the overall success of the team and the team's projects.Pursuing certifications (AICP, AAAE CM, PMP), as appropriate.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in aviation management, aeronautical science, planning, engineering, or a related field.Min of 10 years + of experience in aviation planning.Technical expertise in standard airport planning procedures and approaches.Knowledge of FARs, FAA Advisory Circulars, and FAA orders that apply to airport planning.Proficient in tabulation, data management, software, and publication programs used for airport planning.2 years of experience in a consulting firm environment.2 years of experience working with FAA ADIP.Compensation Range: $69,872.00 - $93,163.00Don't meet every single requirement?
