In this highly technical role, you will be working closely with System Architects, Application engineers and the whole Marketing team to drive the Timing solutions that work seamlessly with the large Microchip portfolio and partner SOC designs.Technical marketing support for System Architects, R&D and senior MarketingWork with Timing product lines to help evaluate current and future productsAssist with cross divisional engagements to maximize opportunities for MicrochipWork with the marketing team to increase visibility of products and solutions with specific focus on Automotive and Communications marketsWork with the marketing team and engineers to analyze customer design activity, understand successes and learn from failuresActively maintain and audit marketing content to ensure consistent messaging (website, collateral, selector guides, demos, etc.)Requirements/Qualifications:BS or MS degreeProficient with office suite (Excel, PPT, Word)Good interpersonal and communication skillsMust be self-motivated, team player and adhere to Microchip company valuesAbility to manage deadlines on multiple projectsAbility to influence and coordinate with coworkers from different business units, with different roles and goals, and across multiple time zonesGood project management skills, with the ability to establish, observe and manage prioritiesProblem solving and attention to detailUp to 25% travelTravel Time:

We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments. In addition to these components, our package includes health benefits that begin day one, retirement savings plans, and an industry leading ESPP program with a 2 year look back feature.
