The Recruiting Director is responsible for the broad oversight of talent acquisition activities within the organization. They fulfill multiple managerial and strategic roles that ensure consistent levels of workforce talent. They also take charge of planning and guiding talent needs and goals, thereby contributing to overall business success.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and local community.

Prepare and review annual recruitment budget.

Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the effective sourcing and retention of talent.

Oversee all stages of candidate experience, including application, interviews, and communication.

Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.

Ensure that talent acquisition projects fall in line with organizational objectives.

Manage, train, and evaluate the recruitment team.

Oversee sourcing, hiring, and employee acquisition processes.

Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire.

Produce regular reports on talent needs, acquisitions, and plans.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role.

Must have a solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.

Must be computer literate.

Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.

Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.

Possess a valid Driver's License.

Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.

Ability to successfully clear a background check.

Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.

Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
