Boston, MA office .In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is:Boston, MA: $225,000 to $275,000In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. We are seeking an associate with experience working on commercial and affordable housing real estate transactions. Qualified candidates will have experience representing developers, landowners and investors in commercial, multifamily, retail, and industrial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience focusing on one or more of the following areas: real estate acquisition and disposition, financing transactions, commercial leasing, real estate development, development and management agreements, and government incentive programs and affordable housing.Qualified candidates will have stellar academic credentials, superb communication and writing skills, and a commitment to excellence.The attorneys in Nixon Peabody's Affordable Housing practice are among the nation's foremost legal authorities in economic and community development and affordable housing.
