The Project Accountant reports to the Director of Project Accounting and provides support to the Project Teams in various accounting related areas and provides support to the financial department in the area of Accounts Payable, Subcontractor Costing, Owner Billings, and Cost Reporting.Essential Functions
Process Accounts Payable invoices and paymentsSet up and enter project budgetsManage the Owner Billing ProcessProcess intercompany invoices, payments and reconciliationAssist in the Monthly Cost Reporting and monthly financial closingsEnsure compliance to Accounting policies on all projectsVendor & Client CorrespondenceDocument ManagementContract ReconciliationCost and Revenue AnalysisAudit ComplianceBudget ForecastingMonitor Project Process and Cash FlowRequired Skills
