Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for executing various bathroom installation projects. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to plan, execute, finish, and close jobs effectively.Duties:
Conduct construction inspections to assess project requirements and identify needs, and any potential issues.Perform various installation tasks, including but not limited to remodeling, drywall installation, carpentry, flooring installation, and plumbing.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.Skills:
Strong knowledge and experience in bathroom installation techniques.Proficiency in various trades such as plumbing work, carpentry, drywall installation, and flooring installation.Excellent craftsman skills with the ability to effectively finish jobs.Strong problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise during installations.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.If you have the required skills and experience for this position, we invite you to apply.
