A Health and Wellness organization in Downers Grove is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management. They’ve been in business for over 50 years and offer a stable environment. Previous experience with medical coding/billing is a must. You will oversee 4 managers, all aspects of the revenue cycle, ensure accurate claim submission to payers, and develop strategies to enhance revenue cycle performance.Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize the entire revenue cycle process.Develop and implement strategies to improve patient collections and reduce denials.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.Manage and train revenue cycle staff to ensure efficient operations.Collaborate with other departments, such as billing, coding, and patient services, to streamline processes.Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations.Negotiate contracts with payers to optimize reimbursement rates.Preferred Experience
