We are seeking a
Senior Property Manager
to plan, implement, monitor, and supervise portfolio/site-based property management staff. Please note that this is a

The ideal candidate has: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, Social Services, Human Services, Public Administration, or related fields May substitute an additional four years of relevant work experience for the required degree Six years of experience in residential property management What will you do? Develop strong connections and relationships with residents that conform to the articulated goals of the assigned portfolio Develop and administer operational plans and portfolio/site-based budgets Serve as owner liaison between SHA and private management companies contracted with to manage SHA-owned properties Develop and direct a marketing strategy and budget that successfully attracts low and moderate-income families and individuals to the property Plan, facilitate, and approve repairs and improvements Conduct oversight to all procurement activity for the assigned portfolio Evaluate the maintenance and repair program regularly and prepare reports upon request for various stakeholders Conduct oversight to the negotiation and preparation of commercial and community facilities lease Conduct oversight to resident lease compliance efforts Oversee program staff Provide technical expertise, information, and assistance to the Property Management Administrator Manage, monitor, and enforce the Safety and Health Program for assigned area ensuring staff accountability for accident prevention and reporting procedures The Location:
