Job OverviewThis is a great opportunity for a skilled, experienced garden director! The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, with experience in greenhouse operations, show garden maintenance, vegetable farming, decorative flowers, and groundskeeping. This position is responsible for every aspect of a high-end show garden in the Madison area.Duties
Perform tasks such as developing a crop schedulePlant, water, and prune vegetable gardens and flower plotsOperate power tools for trimming and cutting vegetationMaintain and repair irrigation systemsUtilize hand tools for various gardening tasksAssist with greenhouse operations and plant careMonitor plant health and growth progressImplement pest control measures to protect plantsQualifications
