Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives- Oversee all marketing initiatives, including performance marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and sales enablement- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools- Create engaging copy for various marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and email campaigns- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Skills:- Strong background in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving results- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences- Proficient in using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to measure campaign performance- Experience conducting market research and analyzing data to inform marketing strategies- Knowledge of HTML5 and experience with website management and optimization- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
