Michael and Son offers a generous competitive salary and benefits package including but not limited to the following:HealthSTD/LTDVisionSupplemental LifeLegal ShieldWe're looking for a Senior Human Resources Specialist - Talent Acquisition.The right candidate will have experience in the following areas:Duties:Take ownership of the candidate experience by designing and managing it.Build successful relationships to understand needs of the business.Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust talented candidate pipeline.Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.Manage the overall interview, selection, and talent acquisition process.Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.Enhance existing onboarding process and work with HR team to manage the new hire experience.Knowledgeable on ongoing recruiting trends and best practices.Other duties as needed which include but not limited to: turnover analysis, talent management initiatives / employee relations / culture and engagement.Assist in other department tasks and functions, as needed, and under direction of the Human Resources Director.Michael and Son Services, Inc. is the premier provider of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Restoration services.
