5-7 years of ECVC experienceJob Overview:A law firm seeks a highly skilled and experienced ECVC (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital) Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team in Boulder, CO. The ideal candidate will understand the legal intricacies of supporting emerging companies and venture capital transactions.
