We help our partners leverage Amazon’s services to drive differentiated offerings and streamlined access for their customers. The team is seeking a talented, self-directed Product Marketing Manager to help us build amazing programs that deliver high impact campaigns and best-in-class customer journeys that deliver great experiences for customers and great results.Our ideal candidate will have strong experience in global product marketing management, demonstrating an ability to develop, iterate and execute successful launch and sustaining campaigns and funnel experiences while working collaboratively, building trust across internal teams as well as external partners. The focus will be on building marketing programs for new products from the ground up in a fast-paced environment, often with aggressive timelines. Above all, this person must have a passion for understanding what drives consumer and partner behavior and the experience to turn that passion and experience into offers and campaigns that deliver results.Key job responsibilities
Product Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, positioning, and marketing initiatives that make Amazon an attractive place for partners to grow their business using cutting-edge technology solutions (which you’ll help define).Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with cross-category teams, including marketing, product management, and technology, to ensure alignment between partners and internal teams. Go deep with partners to understand their customers and build programs and offers that appeal across segments and deliver great results.Build Scalable Programs:
While bespoke programs will be built for certain partners, you’ll also build mechanisms and learnings that scale across partners, products, regions and industry segments.Create New Partnerships:
Partner with Business Development on the sell-in of new partnerships with pitches, proposals, and B2B communications that bring Amazon content and services to life.Performance Optimization:
Continually optimize partnerships from launch through ongoing sustaining efforts to maximize performance.Force Multiplication:
Function at a global level, sharing best practices, and scaling programs or campaigns that benefit all regions.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience communicating results to senior leadershipExperience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launchesExperience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goalsDemonstrated ability to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial business partnerships throughout the business cycle and across different regionsExperience working closely with Business Development in negotiating and navigating complex business relationships that result in win/win outcomesExperience collaborating with partners and internal teams across multiple regions, navigating different cultures and understanding different customer segmentsTenacity and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teamsStrong time-management skillsExcellent written communications and business case writing skillsMust be willing to travelPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
