The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 130 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Lashing, Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a highly motivated part-time Front Desk Associate for our salon. This position begins as a part-time position (Minimum 20 hours per week) but could lead to more hours and possibly a full-time position. This position requires availability on weekends, Sunday and Wednesday nights; Morning shifts 7:30-3:30; evening shifts 2:30-9:30 PM; overlap shifts 10 AM- 3 PM. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. Hunger to make more money through incentives and bonuses.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increase membership sales and retail salesFollow up and book sales leadsGreet visitors and provide an excellent customer experienceBook appointments in person or by phoneMaintain a clean and inviting environmentPartner with Lash Artists to maintain a fluid environment in the salonREQUIRED SKILLS:
1+ years customer service or retail sales experience.Outstanding phone skillsMUST be available evenings, holidays and weekendsStrong attention to detail/incentivized by company goalsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExperience with MindBody Software is a plus!Eyelash extensions are requiredWHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
