Relationship Manager, Strategic Accounts

Position SummaryCome join the LSEG team!Acadia is wholly owned by LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) and is part of its Post Trade division. The Relationship Manager will work with Acadia's strategic accounts and senior contacts within these accounts to drive growth within Acadia's services. This position will have the pleasure of working with 10-12 accounts across multiple services.Role Responsibilities
Identifies business opportunities within each account by researching and analyzing sales options that match business needs.Conduct quarterly business reviews with each account and senior leadership from LSEG.Sells products by establishing contacts and nurturing relationships with existing accounts, recommending solutions.Lead multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.Create price proposals and lead negotiations and overcome objections for deal closure.Maintain strong, healthy and consistent pipeline, sales forecasting and planning.Manages relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking innovative practices; participating in professional societies.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Experience and Qualifications Required
Experience with Collateral Operation and/or Banking risk.Strong communication and presentation skills.Experience working with external clients and building relationships.Sales skills including negotiation, sales planning, and prospecting skills.Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft PowerPoint.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Confirmed experience (ideally 7+ years).LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
