We are hiring a first Ventures-focused hire to join the ecosystem team at Monad. You will support early-stage builders and act as a conduit to venture capital and ecosystem resources. You will identify ambitious builders, evaluate product pitches, and coach teams toward success. You will also build relationships with investors, accelerators, and other stakeholders. You’ll have a huge impact on the success of many early-stage entrepreneurs and on the early Monad ecosystem.Who you are
You are an experienced venture investor in the crypto industry with at least 3 years of experienceYou are an analytical, first-principles thinker who can reason about problems and opportunities across verticalsYou have strong product intuitionYou have strong intuition for GTM strategy / user acquisition in the crypto spaceYou are no-ego, adaptable, entrepreneurial, and detail-orientedYou are an excellent verbal and written communicatorYou are someone who enjoys building relationships and can manage expectations across many stakeholders and competing prioritiesYou are someone who likes helping peopleWhat you’ll be doing

Minimum full-time salary of $175,000.
