We’re an integrated marketing partner serving clients of all sizes and across a variety of industries with services including paid and organic search, social, and programmatic, public relations (PR), business consulting, marketing automation, website development, UX design, and more.About the roleWe're seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time Senior Account Executive position in our Washington, DC office. As a Senior Account Executive (SAE), you’ll work closely with REQ’s Client Service team to deliver top results to our clients. The SAE is responsible for serving as the manager and key contact on REQ client accounts, managing campaign strategies & tactics, coordinating with all involved departments, and helping drive processes, procedures, and timelines to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and without error.What you'll doUnderstand our client's audiences, organization, goals, and objectives, and deliver ideas to reach those goals.Manage day-to-day activities on client accounts including project planning, status reporting, developing timelines, and tracking budgets.Collaborate successfully with the REQ team across multiple locations and divisions.Manage client projects efficiently & profitably.Oversee the client’s budget and communicate with the team when possible adjustments need to be recommended or made.Identify potential revenue opportunities for the client based on performance and strategy recommendations.Identify competitor strategies to assist internal campaign teams and the overall upsell process.Set campaign goals and KPIs and work with internal teams to analyze key metrics and progress to goals in monthly reporting and QBRs.Demonstrate an understanding of analytics and gain insight from the data in order to make actionable recommendations.Maximize efficiency through training and process optimization.QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have a BA or BS undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field.5+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ in a Client Services / Account Management role.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Possess initiative, energy, leadership, and curiosity while maintaining a high level of professionalism and adaptability.Successful working both independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, MS Project & Google Workspace.Knowledge of multiple digital marketing channels and how to build baseline strategy recommendations.Working experience with WordPress, Drupal, HTML, CSS, and other web development platforms is a plus.Proficiency with Google Analytics.Ability to work in-person 2+ days per week in our Washington, DC, Las Vegas, or San Diego office.Working At AgitalWe believe that great work is only possible with great people.
