Your tasksOVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform inspection at manufacturing sites to ensure quality and control of the product's safety.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Conduct verification of all key manufacturing points (goods incoming area, quality system, production area, outgoing area) to ensure the product's safety on the market and the usage of the TUV SUD logo.Conduct verification of product's critical components.Conduct visual and measurement tests.Document inspection results by completing TUV SUD reports.Complete online annual test to maintain inspector status.Participate in site monitoring to maintain inspector status.Your qualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.Self-starter with a positive outlook and motivated attitude.Be aware that you are representing TUV SUD; professionalism, integrity, and respect must be adhered to at all times during the inspections.Communicate with the manufacturing staff in a controlled, friendly, and professional manner, including when presenting non-conformities.EDUCATION:Electrical engineer or equivalent electrical safety testing experience.EXPERIENCE:10 years experience.Additional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer - Disability and VeteranTUV SUD America, Inc. is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, marital status, genetics, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, physical or mental disability, veteran status and those laws, directives, and regulations of Federal, State, and Local governing bodies or agencies.
