Account Based Marketing Manager

The ChallengeWe’re looking for an experienced Account Based Marketing (ABM) manager who can lead our ABM strategy and execution to deliver on pipeline goals. This individual will report to the head of global demand marketing and owns the performance of multiple account-based acquisition campaigns, manages sales relationships and coordinates cross-functionally to deliver on KPIs.

Your Mission

Direct ownership of ABM demand generation, both inbound and outbound for multiple product solutions

Develop an integrated program mix which takes an account-first approach to driving demand for the enterprise

Understands buyers within enterprise accounts – pain points, demographics, buyer group, technographics

Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams on campaign concept, content requirements, buyer’s journey development, event and digital marketing execution

Oversight over ABM offering level marketing budget with deep understanding of CAC, CPMQL and pipeline metrics - ability to ask questions and identify problems

Ability to use market events to focus on cross-functional areas including messaging, campaigns, launches and net-new programs/initiatives

Deep understanding of ABM technology and measurement including 6sense, custom content platforms and salesforce reporting

Ability to develop strong relationships with global sales teams, becoming a trusted partner in account mapping, prioritization and deal support

You Are

7+ years of SaaS account-based marketing experience

4+ years working with ABM technology (6sense, SFDC)

Experience navigating cross-functional goals and initiatives, appropriate resourcing and prioritization to drive business value

Experience presenting program performance to executives

Flexible and growth mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment and manage multiple projects at the same time
