The responsibility of the Regional Director of Marketing includes day-to-day marketing and communicating with hospitals and patients in the region.
Qualifications:Outstanding leadership skillsRegional marketing/business development experienceProven success in communication and organizationProven history of increasing censusProvides mentoring, leadership, and oversight to facility marketing and admissions staffRoad Warrior travel throughout the week to facilities
Requirements:Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcareAdvanced degree in a healthcare-related field preferredRegional experience with leading and directing a team of admissions and marketing directorsPrevious healthcare marketing/business development experience is required
