Logistics Analyst III
to join our team in
Washington, DC.
This position is contingent upon Contract Award.
Job Responsibilities
Identify, plan for, resource, and make recommendations to acquire repair parts.
Use supported unit logistics systems of record for resupply.
Prepare and process equipment to be temporarily loaned out.
Adjust loan and inventory records in the event of partial returns.
Provide technical inspections of equipment received.
Provide support at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Prepare and maintain shipping documents.
Ship materials as required.
Determine serviceability of equipment IAW applicable technical publications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Logisticians are responsible for directing the integrated logistics process, developing support policies, procedures and systems, and providing implementation guidance.
The Logistician prepares and implements directives to ensure effective logistics support, and establishes and enforces standards to ensure that the assigned workforce is properly trained and equipped.

Bachelor's degree
8+ years professional experience in integrated logistics support
Experience with DoD Acquisition and Logistics policies and directives
Nice To Have
Master's degree
10+ years of qualifying experience
