What We Have to Offer:
Our Total Rewards team is currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team! We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has strong interpersonal skills and a desire to cultivate positive relationships and provide exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike. While this position has the option to be remote, we do require some in-person attendance for training, collaboration and team building.
What You Bring:
A minimum three-to-five years in an account management role, preferably in employee benefits. An active Health, Life, & Disability License with the State(s) of doing business required and must be maintained. The ability to establish and maintain meaningful relationships.

The salary range for this position is $60K - $70K depending on experience.
$60,000 - $70,000 a year
The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience, and includes an additional $1,000 signing bonus.
