JRAD is seeking candidates for Senior Biomedical Science SME to support health technology development for the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H).Roles/Responsibilities:This role requires deep expertise in cell/tissue regeneration, bioengineering, or bioinformatics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management/processing, architecture design, cell engineering, biomaterials, cell culture, inflammation, novel device design/fabrication, and field-deployable diagnostics.Key Responsibilities:Program Analysis and Execution:

Engage in a versatile role, collaborating with the Government to define, execute, and oversee technology development initiatives.Provide on-demand proposal support and assist project leads in executing multiple advanced technology programs.

Project Management:

Manage projects, identify and implement accessible technology solutions, and identify technology solutions that need to exist to solve problems.Coordinate program activities with team members, plan tasks, and monitor execution progress.

Oversight and Coordination:

Support the oversight of program activity, budget, and contractor progress.Ensure efficient operations and timely product completion.

Contract and Acquisition Support:

Provide contract management and acquisition support.Develop program briefings for Government stakeholders.Contribute to program plans, briefings, and technical reports.

Technical Support and Communication:

Organize technical meetings and conferences.Assist in the development of technical documentation and reports.

Required Skills and Education:Minimum of a PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical sciences or relevant related field10+ years of executive level technical experience in Industry, Government, or academiaExperience supporting advanced technology development programs in health sciences or public healthPreferred Experience:Experience in data management/processing, architecture design, cell engineering, biomaterials, cell culture, inflammation, novel device design/fabrication, and field-deployable diagnostics.Security Clearance:The ability to obtain or maintain Public TrustWhen you work for JRAD you will never be just a number.
