Insurance and Reinsurance Attorney

A law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an experienced Insurance and Reinsurance Attorney with 3-5 years of legal practice, specializing in insurance coverage and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance coverage issues, specifically under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies. Superior research and writing abilities, coupled with excellent academic credentials, are essential for success in this role.Duties:Handle insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance.Conduct legal research to stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.Provide legal advice to clients on insurance-related matters and risk management.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, policies, and pleadings.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.Requirements:3-5 years of legal practice with a focus on insurance coverage and commercial litigation.Deep understanding of insurance coverage issues, particularly under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Bar admission in the state of Georgia.Skills:Excellent academic credentials.Superior research and writing ability.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
