Director of Enterprise Sales , you will spearhead the expansion of our client portfolio by driving new logo sales and targeting Fortune 500 and high-growth potential companies across North America. The ideal candidate will possess a solid history of consultative sales, expertise in negotiating complex contracts, and a readiness to thrive within the dynamic environment of a rapidly evolving industry.

What You'll Do
Build, lead, and grow your book of business, selling to target accounts.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and healthy close rate across multiple industry verticals.
Work cross-functionally with senior leadership to continually improve Taylor's commercial strategy.
Maintain an industry presence through networking and attending formal industry events.
Develop and continuously support executive-level customer relationships.
Support the creation of an annual S&OP budget.
Understand and execute pricing strategies for all Taylor products and services.
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or similar college-level education; in lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.
Five-year minimum sales and account management experience.
Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-level executives.
Successfully carry a quote while gaining net new customers when selling multiple, complex solutions.
Experience in bringing innovative/market-defining services to the market.
Must work well in a team selling environment.
Ability to travel 50-75%.
A can-do attitude and team mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of supply chain and transportation industry concepts and market dynamics.
Growth mindset and results-oriented.
Expert-level proficiency of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Working knowledge of customer technologies, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
