LHH is seeking an Order Entry Specialist for a client in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate has customer service, order entry, and ERP experience. This is a contract to hire opportunity.
Responsibilities
Receive customer orders via email
Enter orders into ERP system
Ensure accuracy of order details
Track shipping of orders
Communicate any shipping delays or issues with customers
Answer any customer questions related to orders or products
Qualifications
Experience using an ERP system
At least 2 years of Customer Service/Order Entry experience
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Willing to help out where needed
Strong communication skills
Location
Indianapolis, IN (100% onsite)

Pay Details:
$20.00 to $23.00 per hour
