Description

The Employment Counsel will provide advice and counsel to management and Human Resource professionals on a broad range of legal issues including, but not limited to, employee and labor relations; immigration; discipline and terminations; and internal investigations. Additional responsibilities include facilitating legal training and managing outside counsel on employment litigation matters and administrative charges.Minimum Qualifications

10+ years relevant legal experienceJD or equivalent and admission into at least one US state barKey Qualifications

Experience managing and completing complex projectsExcellent knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations (including ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA etc.)Knowledge of immigration laws and relevant agenciesExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong client relation skillsExperience working directly with managementSense of humor and commitment to professionalismPay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $221,600 and $333,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
