The Client Lead

plays a crucial role in managing and nurturing the relationship between Snyder Group and its clients. This position is responsible for ensuring that client needs are met effectively through the strategic use of Snyder Group’s marketing services.

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring that all client queries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Project Management:

Coordinates with internal teams, such as creative, digital, and media planning, to ensure that marketing projects are executed according to the client's requirements and deadlines.

Strategy Development:

Works closely with clients to understand their business goals and develops tailored marketing strategies to help achieve these objectives.

Performance Monitoring:

Regularly reviews campaign performance against objectives, providing clients with detailed reports and insights, and making recommendations for optimization.

Business Development:

Identifies opportunities for expanding the agency’s services with existing clients and often participates in pitching and securing new client accounts.

Client Satisfaction and Retention:

Ensures high levels of client satisfaction to foster long-term relationships and improve client retention rates.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing client relationships.

Experience with inbound marketing techniques such as SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and lead generation.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure and report on campaign performance.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present and explain marketing strategies and results to clients.

Project Management Skills:

Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple client accounts and campaigns efficiently. Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Strategic Thinking:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop effective marketing strategies and solve problems. Capacity to adapt strategies based on analytics and market trends.

Client Service:

Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills. Experience in negotiating and managing client expectations.

Leadership Qualities:

Ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and foster a collaborative environment.

Adaptability:

Flexibility to adapt to new trends and technologies in the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape.

Keen attention to detail in planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
