seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Senior Implementation Consultant with Vena Solutions experience to join our FP&A Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the implementation of Vena software for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design solutions within the Vena platform, and ensure a successful transition to the new system.Qualifications:3-5 years of proven experience in implementing financial software solutionsHands-on experience with Vena SolutionsExperience with Excel and financial modelingStrong understanding of financial processes and systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and reportingExcellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProfessional level communication and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesWillingness and ability to travel as required for client implementationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Certifications related to Vena SolutionsExperience in a consulting or client-facing roleKey Responsibilities:Lead/Support the implementation of Vena Solutions for clients, from initial scoping to final deliveryAnalyze client business processes and requirements to effectively integrate Vena into their budgeting and reporting processConfigure and customize the Vena platform to meet the specific needs of each clientManage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of implementationsDevelop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and by providing outstanding serviceTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation processPrepare documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for clients to ensure sustainable use of the systemStay up-to-date with Vena software updates and enhancements to offer the latest solutions to clients
